Our philosophy imbibes conscious eating as a road to holistic health development. We believe in consuming a diversity of grains and other food produce, for balanced life, without overindulgence and wastage. Our products hence, are made with least processing; adopting traditional methods, learned from across the globe, for enhancing flavours, taste and nutritional values, in most natural ways.

Its observed, endless choices, fast life and mindless eating has led to imbalance in health, and large wastage. The limited variety of food grains and high processioning of what remains, has forsaken nutritional quality from food. By increasing the diversity of food ingredients, we can help bring back balance of body, mind and soul with assured sustainability.

We understand the valuable ecosystem of the Himalayas and its limitless potential to give to humans if harvested optimally. Our products are crafted in small batches with care for it.

Thousands of farmers attached to the cooperatives we are working with are our backbone. As equal partners, we share our profits and brand with them and bring their love and purity in each of our products.

Our Initiatives

Farm to Fork

We go extra miles to collaborate with farmers to develop better post-harvest management and processing of the produce to get the best products with minimal wastage. More than 30% of the produce goes wasted due to poor post-harvest handling and facilities in hilly regions, lack of logistic and storage systems add further difficulties for farmers.

To help minimise such losses and maximise the returns for all, we are building an ecosystem where our identified farmers are given basic handholding support and skill development training at grassroot level in their villages. We try to work with our farmers and identify the root problems and address the cause of such losses. A good example is if the produce is perishable like vegetables, we try to see that the over ripened fruits are sorted, separated and processed into new food products and rest partially ripened are sent to the sale in mandis.

The farmers are given value addition training by our food experts helping generate extra income of identified farmers. We are in the process of developing semi processing units close to the farms to help create products which are fresh and best. Our idea is to develop distributed manufacturing in small batches with high quality products.

Natural & Local

The Great Himalayas are treasured with an immaculate bounty of nature. The whole belt with high altitude and temperate climate is gifted with unique conditions which are responsible for its distinct flora and fauna.

The farming practices are majorly untouched by modern chemically promoted commercial interventions and the farmers use their traditional knowledge, with natural inputs to do organic farming. At Naturally Pahadi wherever possible we use local and naturally grown produce from the hill farms.

We are trying to promote the local millets, pulses, berries, herbs and fruits of Himalayan region which are known for their beneficial properties in traditional medicine sciences like Ayurveda and Soya Rigpa to name a few.
